ROLE PLAY ON CRISIS AND ITS INTERVENTIONS

    On 9th July 2011 a role play was organized in college auditorium of MHR DAV Institute of Nursing Jalandhar. The theme of the role play was Crisis and its interventions. Principal Mrs. Veena Williams was the chief guest of this educational program. The event started with lamp lightening and prayer song. Mrs. Baljinder Kaur, lecturer, the organizer of this educational program honored the chief guest with bouquet of flowers. Pamphlets were released by the chief guest to spread the awareness among all the students and faculty members regarding crisis and its intervention. The role play was divided into three stages of crisis i.e. maturational, situational and social crisis. The role play covered all the aspects of crisis and its interventions. The clarity of the role play was highly appreciated by students. For more clarity of the concepts the slide show and videos were also shown to the audience. At the end Principal appreciated their hard work and encouraged other batches to arrange such educational events in future. Teachers also shared their views regarding the performance. Overall it was very educative program.
