World Environment Day

    Celebration of World Environment Day by MHR DAV Institute of Nursing, Jalandhar. On 5th June 2018, World Environment Day was celebrated by Mahatma Hans Raj DAV Institute of Nursing at college auditorium. The theme of this year world Environment Day ids" Beat Plastic Pollution". The main aim of organising this program was to make the people aware about the adverse /ill effects of excessive usage of plastic and things made from plastic. Different events i.e pot making, poster making and Rangoli making competition was organised. Students made very decorative pot. Posters were presented on the board by the students. Prices were given to the winner students by Principal Dr. Mrs.Harbans Kaur also encouraged and congratulated them on sucessful completion of this event.
